I graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. At Mount Holyoke, I majored in English with a minor in the Classical Languages of Latin and Greek. I went on to graduate from Quinnipiac University School of Law with my Juris Doctorate in 2003. Much of my law school education focused on family and juvenile law.

I grew up in Northern Westchester, New York with my parents and two brothers. I now live in Fairfield County with my husband and daughter. When I became a mother, it changed me, and the kind of attorney I was. I used to think you could be a good divorce/custody attorney without any children. I disagree with that now. Something changes when you become a parent. Our children are the most precious gifts and I work with my clients to assure that their children come out of this process unharmed.
